Shipping policy

Customers in South Africa will receive free shipping for orders of R650 or more.  A standard shipping fee of R99 will be added at checkout for orders less than R650.

After your payment process has been completed, and payment has been approved, all orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day.  Courier fees, where necessary, will automatically be added at checkout.

Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.  Failure to provide a valid delivery address where goods may be delivered will result in delivery delays.
Online Emporium will take no responsibility for goods not arriving on time due to invalid delivery details or failure to accept deliveries.    

Please note:  We aim to deliver to your door step within 48 to 72 working hours after payment is processed, however delays may be unavoidable due to courier demand.
